We built this page because we receive a lot of emails from bands wanting to be added to the Gallatin Entertainment roster. If you are interested in being considered, please read this page and submit the application below. We do review every application, even though we cannot always respond.

A Few Things to Know

This is an application, not a sign-up form. We are selective about who joins the roster, and we add acts that fit what our venues and event clients actually request. If we already have a similar act in your area, or your style is not what our clients are asking for right now, we may not have room. That comes down to roster fit, not the quality of the band, so please do not take it personally.

If your act is a fit and you are open to the setup fee that covers our web developer's time, we are happy to take a look and listen. That is what this page and the application form are for.

There is no cost to apply. The setup fee only comes into play if your act is accepted and you decide to move forward.

What Being on Our Roster Does for You

Gallatin Entertainment ranks at the top of search results for live entertainment booking. The site is found every day by venues, event planners, festivals, and corporate clients searching for acts to hire. Being on the roster puts your act in front of that traffic without any effort on your part, and that kind of search visibility takes years to build on a band's own website.

When a venue or event client reaches out to us looking for a specific style of band, the acts on our roster are who we recommend. If they are interested in your act, that can turn into a booked gig directly through us. Getting listed gets you visible to the people searching, and it gives you a real shot at being booked through Gallatin when the right opportunity comes through.

If your application is accepted, your act is added to the appropriate section of gallatinentertainment.com. This includes:

No Lock-In

Non-Exclusive Representation

Bands on our roster are free to work with other agents, accept direct bookings, and pursue any opportunities they choose. We do not require exclusivity.

When venues, event planners, festivals, and corporate clients reach out to us, we recommend bands from our roster that fit what they are looking for. That can lead to booked gigs directly through us. We cannot guarantee a specific volume of bookings for any band on the roster, and bookings happen on a case-by-case basis depending on the opportunities that come through.

When we book a gig for you, we will discuss the opportunity and agree on a fair commission for that particular booking before anything is finalized. The setup fee and booking commissions are separate things.

The Setup Fee

The $300 setup fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge. It covers the web developer time needed to build your section on the site: formatting your media, optimizing your bio for search, placing your photos, embedding your videos, and integrating everything cleanly with the rest of the site.

Down the Line

Future Updates and Changes

The $300 covers the initial setup of your section. Small adjustments down the line, like fixing a typo or swapping out a single link, are not a problem and we are happy to handle those at no charge. Larger changes such as a rewritten bio, new photos, additional videos, or a redesigned section will be quoted separately based on the time involved. We will always talk it through with you and agree on a fair number before any work is done.

Duration

Listing Duration and Removal

There is no expiration on your listing. It stays up indefinitely. We do reserve the right to remove acts that become inactive, change significantly from what was originally approved, or no longer fit the direction of the roster. We will reach out before doing so when possible.

Terms

Refunds and Content Rights

The setup fee is non-refundable once paid. This includes situations such as the band breaking up, leaving the roster voluntarily, requesting removal, the website experiencing downtime, or any other circumstance.

By submitting your application and any related materials, you confirm that you have the legal right to use the photos, videos, audio, bios, and other content you provide, and you grant Gallatin Entertainment permission to use those materials on our website and in promotional contexts related to your act.

We review applications when time allows. If your act is a fit, you will hear from us with a link to pay the setup fee and submit your photos, bio, and video links. We appreciate the interest either way.
